I’m grateful to have connected with Master Teresa for my Qi Gong journey. I have deep respect for her lineage and her presence as a woman in this practice—her story is inspiring. She is unapologetic in who she is, constantly sharing intuitive gems of knowledge that resonates. I appreciate how she goes out of her way to foster community among her students, making us all feel supported.

I just recently became aware of Master Teresa and found out about the 3 session Heart Chi Gong workshop that she offered.

I figured since I’ve been having physical heart problems (along with unresolved childhood trauma, etc) that I would see what it is all about.

Honestly, I don’t know anything about Chi Gong, but I just FELT it was right.

I’ve only done one of the Zoom sessions so far and it has helped both physically and emotionally!

I also had a personal Zoom session with Master Teresa a couple days ago and it was incredibly valuable.

She has amazing insights and knowledge that has helped me to seek answers to what are likely some of the root causes of my physical and emotional heart issues.

I’m looking forward to the next 2 workshop sessions and I’m sure I will continue to be a student of this wonderful, kind, caring Master! 💜💗💜
